Meet Our Founder
TrustFactors is led by John Palmatier, an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in marketing leadership for startups, mid-market companies, and Fortune 200 organizations.
John is passionate about fighting against the outdated and broken marketing agency model and he founded TrustFactors because roofing companies deserve honest, strategic marketing that prioritizes trust and transparency.
John is supported by a trusted network of experienced professionals who bring specialized experience in artificial intelligence and marketing leadership, as well as partnerships with industry-leading software and services providers to ensure seamless execution of client marketing plans.
Outside of the office, John is a dedicated child advocate and foster parent, and you can often find him hiking, playing chess, or spending quality time with his family.

What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Expertise: Significant experience in the roofing industry is a must.
- Leadership Experience: 15+ years in marketing leadership, with at least 5 years at the VP, SVP, CMO, or CRO level.
- Education: Marketing or Business Degree.
- Commitment: Available for W2 employment, with a consistent 20-40 hours per week for long-term engagements.
- Modern Marketing Mindset: Digitally savvy, with a proven ability to build and execute omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Values Alignment: Integrity, Customer-Centricity, Expertise, Innovation, Accountability, and Impact are at the core of who we are.
- Collaborative Spirit: Proven success in partnering with C-Suite, sales teams, and investors to elevate marketing as a strategic partner.
